1. How long does it take to process an order?
Our order processing time is usually 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time you successfully place your order. This process includes confirming the order, checking the product, packing it and handing it over to the shipping company. In case of high volume orders or holidays, processing time may be longer, and we will notify you if there are any delays.
2. How long does it take to ship?
Once your order is processed, shipping time is usually 7-15 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or severe weather conditions.
3. Can I return the product?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. However, to be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product must have all tags and labels intact and must not have been used.
The product must not have been damaged due to improper use or storage.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
4. How to request a refund?

Pack the product carefully and return it according to the instructions from our customer service team.

Yes, there is a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. This fee will be calculated automatically when you complete your order.

10. Can I cancel an order that has been placed?
