Return & Refund
1. Refund Period – 30 days
We encourage customers to inspect the product upon receipt. To ensure your rights, the refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
If more than 30 days from the date you receive the product and we have not received the refund request, we reserve the right to refuse to process the refund for your order.
2. Refund Conditions
We accept product return requests if you encounter any of the following cases:
- Defective or damaged products: If the product you received shows signs of manufacturing defects or was damaged during transportation, we will be happy to support the exchange or refund.
- Product does not match the description: If the product you received is not the same as the information and images described on our website, you have the right to request a return.
- Wrong size or color: If the product is not the correct size or color you ordered, we will support a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product has all tags, labels, and has not been used.
- The product has not been damaged due to improper use or storage.
- The product is returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
Note: We do not accept returns on discounted or used items. Additionally, accessories such as jewelry or custom-made products are not accepted for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process
To process a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Send a return request to our email at [email protected] with details of the order, reason for return, and product images (if applicable). We will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
- Packaging the product: Make sure the product is carefully packed in its original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying paperwork (if any). Use a secure shipping package to avoid damage during the return process.
- Returning the product to us: After receiving instructions from our customer service team, you can return the product to the specified address. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality inspection within 5-7 business days. Once the inspection is complete and your request is accepted, we will notify you via email.
Refund: If you choose the refund method, the refund will be made to the original payment method you used within 30 business days of the request being approved.
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on the regulations of your bank or payment service provider. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.
5. Cancel Order
We understand that sometimes you need to change your mind about your order. Therefore, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order, please contact us via email or customer support. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help you in any way possible!
6. Cases that are not accepted for refund
We are committed to bringing the best products to our customers. However, there are some cases where we cannot accept refund requests, including:
- Products that have been used, have no labels, or do not come with all accessories.
- Products that have been damaged due to customer error, such as improper storage, physical impact, or misuse.
- Products that have been purchased during major sales or clearance programs (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
