1. Shipping Range
We only accept orders within the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped to US states and territories. If you are located outside of this area, we are sorry that we are unable to ship your order at this time. We look forward to serving you in the near future!
2. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.
3. Order Processing Time
Order closing time is 6:00 PM (EST) every day.
Our order processing time typically ranges from 1 – 3 business days (Mon – Fri) from the time you successfully place your order. This process includes order confirmation, product inspection, packaging, and handover to the shipping unit.
In some cases, processing time may be longer, especially during major holidays or when there are high volume of orders. We promise to notify you if there are any delays.
4. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, please allow 7-15 days for shipping and delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or severe weather conditions. 5. Delivery Process
Nikolaus works with reputable shipping partners such as FedEx to ensure your order is delivered to you safely and quickly. To ensure the interests of our customers, we always recommend:
- Check the product carefully upon receipt: When receiving the goods, please check the condition of the package and the product inside. If you discover any damage or loss during the shipping process, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods for assistance.
- Signing for delivery: For high-value orders, you will need to sign for delivery to ensure your rights. For orders that do not require signing for delivery, the shipping unit may leave the package in a safe location according to your instructions.
6. Cases of Unable to Deliver
In some special cases, we may have difficulty delivering, including:
- Incorrect or missing delivery address.
- Customer is not present to receive the goods and does not provide clear instructions to the shipping unit.
- Technical problems or service interruptions from the shipping partner.
In these cases, we will contact you to resolve and find the most suitable delivery option.
